Mark Camilleri is a private chef who provides home-cooking services and private dining to individuals and families, on the lines of daily food supply, meals for groups, or formal meals in the comfort of your home or companies board room.

Mark also provides catering support services on the lines of menu development and recipe writing; product development; and kitchen setup and training for established catering companies or new ventures in the catering industry

Before getting back into the role of private chef and catering consultant, Mark co-owned Artisan Foods Co. Ltd for five years as Executive chef. After a successful career spent in private dining, contract catering, and restaurants and specialised dining, Mark now cooks for private households and supports catering companies.

Mark enjoys high intensity training, yoga and his sister’s two dogs Simba and Gina.

Mark is available for private dining, as well as catering consultancy.
